Hey! I want to get fit, and I want to be strong. I’m overweight though and I have no clue where to start. I want to focus on my stomach and love handles (weight-loss wise), and the rest of my body for strength mostly. Do you have ANY tips, or videos, or other bloggers you could point me to?
