I’m going to start posting some positive weight loss affirmations, and I’m not talking about in a hypnosis or meditation kind of way. I’m talking about short, direct, assertive phrases that we say to ourselves every day, if not a couple of times a day, that retrain the way we think about weight loss and healthy eating. Just as physical exercise trains our muscles and metabolism, affirmations are mental exercises that make us mentally stronger to make healthy choices.
