I think you’re going down the right road, but don’t push yourself. Listen to your body

I’m new to fitness and healthy eating. Prior to this, I’ve only suffered with EDs (anorexia and bulimia). But now I want to build a strong sexy body. Toned abs, nice muscles, and beautiful curves. I’ve started jogging, eating a little better, and I plan to start weight lifting & yoga. Do you have any tips? Do you think I’m going down the right road with all these?
